The collection is made in Australia, inspired by the family ranch near Graham, Texas. BK Wash House LLC distributes the products from Dallas.
02Which products should I start with?
The Ranch House Shower Set brings together Cleanse Shampoo, Hydrate Conditioner, and Hand & Body Wash. You can also choose individual essentials for your own routine. Explore the shop.
03What size are the bottles?
- Hand & Body Wash: 500 ml
- Cleanse Shampoo, Hydrate Conditioner, and Shave Gel: 250 ml each
- Ocean Mist: 200 ml
- Hydrating Moisturiser: 60 ml
04Is everything in the photos included?
Each listing specifies the product or set you receive. Other bottles and styling items, including towels, trays, and razors, are sold separately or used as props.
05How much is shipping?
U.S. Standard Shipping is $8 and Express Shipping is $15. Retail orders of $50 or more after discounts and before tax qualify for free Standard Shipping. See Shipping & Returns for the store’s policy.
06When will my order ship?
Store orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, with carrier transit time added afterward. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping is currently within the United States.
07Can I return my order?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Email hello@bkranchreserve.com before sending anything back.
08What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact hello@bkranchreserve.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. The team may ask for a photo to help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
