These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bkranchreserve.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by BK Wash House LLC ("BK Ranch Reserve", "we", "us"), located in Dallas, Texas 75208, United States. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the payment method you use is your own and that the information you give us is accurate.

Products

We try to display our products, ingredients, and packaging as accurately as possible. Colors and finishes may appear differently on different screens. Product sizes are stated on each product page. Ingredient lists are published on each product page; where an ingredient is marked with an asterisk, that individual ingredient is certified organic, which is not a certification of the finished product as a whole.

Our products are cosmetic personal-care products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, review the ingredient list before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown on the product pages. We may change prices, add or withdraw products, and limit quantities at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; a contract is formed once we confirm acceptance of your order, which we do by email after your payment has been processed; we may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case any payment will be refunded in full. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processors. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days; carrier transit time is additional. Current shipping options and costs, including our free shipping threshold, are set out on our Shipping & Returns page and are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the order.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, and for hygiene reasons personal-care products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders should be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to infringe anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

The BK Ranch Reserve name, logo, product photography, text, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BK Wash House LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify BK Wash House LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
